Weekly Roundup – Week 45
Our trainer Kayleigh Johnson was on site at a new partner; Etex: Remagin yesterday delivering Lean Management and Leadership Skills training.
When asked why they had decided to instruct this training Etex: Remagin said: “The team will receive valuable training designed to enhance their skills and knowledge. To ensure success, it is essential to maintain consistency by starting from a unified baseline, allowing all team members to be on the same page and work toward shared goals effectively. This approach will help foster a more cohesive and efficient team dynamic.”
Kayleigh was full of praise for the cohort saying: “The first day of the training was an exceptional experience for all involved. The learners demonstrated a high level of engagement and motivation, approaching the day’s activities with a clear commitment to continuous improvement. Their positive attitude toward learning was truly impressive, and it was a pleasure to guide them through it. I thoroughly enjoyed supporting their growth and development, and I look forward to seeing their progress in the weeks ahead.”
