My qualification was work intensive, but extremely rewarding. The feeling of achievement when handing in an assignment that I poured my heart into, was like been on top of the world. I have never been the academic type, but the way the course is presented, made it easy to commit to it and see results. The skills I have picked up have made me much more confident and I feel like I will be better in my current and future roles. The EPA was tough, but my trainer helped me prepare and the examiner wanted to see me so well. I found it to be a really interesting experience.

I wanted to do a course to improve my skill set and grow confidence within the business sector. I started the Level 3 Business Administrator course and found it very interesting.
