GEM Partnership Spotlight – November 2024
Returning for November, it’s our Spotlight series
This month in our spotlight, is James Proudlock, Digital and Data Manager for GEM Partnership.
James was nominated by colleague Tanya Marie English, Quality Manager who said:
“James is always on hand to offer support to his colleagues.
“He has been a great support to me and has helped me sort out equipment to aid my hearing impairment.
“James is always happy to offer information, advice and guidance when this is required. Thank you for all your help, it is really appreciated.”
We caught up with James regarding his nomination for this month:
“Having worked for GEM for just over 6 years now, with most of them being within the recruitment team, the last 18 month or so in my new role has been a big learning curve, but a really great experience. It allows me to use my degree and integrate that knowledge and experience to help the business grow and allows me to support my colleagues. Speaking on support, I can only express gratitude to those around me who have helped me and continue to do so.
“Being able to play a greater part within the business and contribute toward growth and development of the business as a whole is really exciting. Since I joined the business in 2018, it’s been fantastic to see how much GEM has grown”
