END Clothing launch Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Programme
We were delighted to be on site at our partner END Clothing last week to launch their new apprenticeship programme
Our trainers Kayleigh and Luke were on site to enrol new learners from END Clothing on a Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship on Friday 7th June – some of which are continuing their professional development after already completing a Level 2 Team Leader qualification.
We spoke to Sarah Graham, Head of Talent:
I think it’s really important that we develop our leaders as they are pivotal to retaining talents and developing the employees. This cohort is the first for level 3 and so they are the pioneers amongst the team manager population.
As levy payers, the apprenticeship route is definitely the best opportunity for us to develop our workforce. We’ve had some great success with our employees who are enrolled onto apprenticeships.
We also spoke to some of the new learners about their goals for undertaking the programme:
Peter: “Go to the next level (level 5) operations/departmental qualification”
Jake: “Progression within the future once I’ve gained confidence and experience”
Aidan: “To self-develop and further progression opportunities once I have more experience”
Connor: “To gain a better understanding of certain aspects of my job including project management”
Amber: “Bigger and better things and have a better understanding of team management”
