Programme Overview

The course provides knowledge and understanding across a range of core management skills; team leadership and performance management; managing people and relationships; and supporting people with change and innovation.

These principles will be taught in a variety of business contexts and through a wide range of methods – including classroom teaching, independent study and online learning. You will expand your knowledge and understanding of leadership and management through real business examples, as well as case studies and your own experience.

This qualification is ideal if you are have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing your abilities.
