• Different types of behaviour

• The three-step approach to being assertive
• Proven assertiveness techniques
• Putting assertiveness into action
Who is it for?
Assertiveness training is good for people who are too passive, and also those who are too aggressive, and shows the “middle way” that balances your rights with those of others.
Assertiveness training provides individuals with the skills and knowledge to enable them to communicate more confidently and effectively, using assertive behaviour techniques. The course provides participants with the opportunity to work on their own personal and work situations, where they want to be more assertive.
