Celebration of Success – Brett Egan
Everyone at GEM Partnership loves to celebrate the success achieved by our learners, given the hard work and commitment it takes to complete their learning.
Following on from our recent celebration of success (https://www.gempartnership.com/celebration-of-success-husqvarna-sabre-rail/) we’re delighted to be able to offer our congratulations to GEM’s own Brett Egan on his completion of his Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement!
Speaking about his qualification Brett says:
The qualification allowed me to look at the responsibilities of an assessor in relation to the company and the awarding body. It really reinforced the importance of standardisation to streamline assessing processes and added a lot of clarity around why we put so much emphasis on this as an organisation. I enjoyed being observed as part of the qualification and using the feedback to help improve my own practice.
I have been looking to gain this qualification since graduating from my teacher training degree in 2021. It is a highly valuable qualification that will help me in my career progression as I am interested in becoming an IQA at some point.
