Amy Dudley – Improvement Practitioner Level 4 – GEM Partnership
We have more success to celebrate this week!
Amy is the Quality Compliance Manager within the GEM Partnership Training team – and has recently completed her Improvement Practitioner Level 4 apprenticeship.
Regarding her success, Amy says:
I have just recently achieved my Level 4 Improvement Practitioner Apprenticeship with a Distinction. I never dreamed I would get the results and scores I did!
It was challenging at times and took me out of my comfort zone, learning a lot of new knowledge, skills & behaviours, which I can use in my role to support the wider team. The qualification took longer than expected to complete – I would like to thank my trainers (past and present), line manager and the whole training team who supported (and dragged through, at times) to the end.
