Celebrating Success Week
Continuing on from the Level 2 Team Leader course delivered at END Clothing – we’re celebrating another success.
Connor has recently completed his Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship with GEM Partnership. He had this to say regarding his apprenticeship:
Throughout my apprenticeship, I found that I needed support to complete certain areas, this was given by Denise Wood and Kayleigh Johnson, towards the completion of the apprenticeship and for my end point assessment I received support and guidance from Luke Golder all support received was clear and provided quickly.
I found that I was able to manage my day-to-day role in the business alongside the work required for the apprenticeship quite easily as I use daily work lists to keep a track of what is needed by when, this helps me to prioritise and keep on top of all tasks that need to be done for both my role at work and the apprenticeship course work.
His colleague Julie Gilpin added:
Connor has been employed in the business since September 2021, joining the business as a Finance and Administration Assistant and would undertake his Level 3 in Business Admin. Connor has gone on to complete this alongside his day-to-day role within the accounts department and has demonstrated his ability to prioritise and multitask to ensure he completed his apprenticeship and his role requirements without detriment to either.
Connor supports other areas of the business and has been a valuable support for me personally taking on a project to digitise a portion of employee documents to provide instant access by line managers to training documents for their staff and forward renewal dates for training.
A valued member of the team who has now had a change of role within the department and has recently commenced his next step of external training for AAT training course.
His trainer Kayleigha also says:
I had the pleasure of working alongside Connor for his remaining months on his Business Administration apprenticeship and he showed hard work and dedication throughout. His quality of work was outstanding and he never failed to go above and beyond expectations. With all his effort Connor passed his end point assessment with some great feedback and is aiming to move on to bigger roles to carry on his career progression. I wish Connor the best of luck in his next steps and thank you for being a fantastic apprentice.
We’d like to congratulate Connor on this achievement and wish him all the best in his future.
