Apprenticeship Achievement
We’d like to congratulate Dylan King on the completion of his Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 apprenticeship
Everyone at GEM Partnership are delighted to offer our congratulations to Dylan on his achievement recently in passing his Recruitment Resourcer apprenticeship.
Dylan’s line manager, Chris Boughen spoke on his progression:
Dylan’s progress in his role throughout his apprenticeship has been fantastic. The confidence in dealing with both agency associates and clients has gone from strength to strength, which has allowed him to develop some key relationships with operators and managers onsite. Another notable point, which alongside his sector specific knowledge gained from his apprenticeship, is his ability to prioritise and complete tasks even when unexpected events occur. This consistent approach to work tasks and relationships has seen Dylan play an important role our GEM’s service delivery at Husqvarna over the last 12 months. A strong testament to this is the way Agency Associates would gravitate towards him when requiring support and management within the client would provide un-prompted praise on the service Dylan provides.
Along with Dylan’s self-drive, his apprenticeship has clearly provided him with the foundation of knowledge and understanding to gain experience and confidence to put his learning into practice and to carry out the important role he plays for GEM.
Reflecting on his apprenticeship, Dylan says:
I enjoyed the programme and learned different aspects of recruitment whilst working towards the qualification. During my time on the apprenticeship, I focused on learning ways to manage and support candidates to satisfy.
Working on the apprenticeship alongside completing daily tasks has improved my understanding of the role and developed my skills.
And finally, we asked Dylan what advice he would give for anyone currently or about to undertake an apprenticeship:
I would recommend an apprenticeship to everyone as it develops the skills that get used every day. It is a great way to gain knowledge and qualifications.
