A fresh approach to attracting and advancing talent

It may not have escaped your notice that we have recently refreshed our brand and launched a new website.  

This is an exciting time for GEM Partnership and we wanted to give you an insight into why we made these advances and what they indicate for the future.  

A New Look for GEM Partnership 

GEM Partnership was established in 2009 to deliver recruitment services with exceptional levels of service to both our clients and the candidates we represent. Since then, our capabilities and services have grown significantly, including the launch of our training division GEM Training in 2017, and we have furthered strengthened our sector knowledge.  

Today, we have proven success of delivering a first-class and cost-effective service to customers, of all sizes, across a range of industries including engineering and manufacturing, technology, contact centre, and professional services such as sales and marketing.  

With this in mind, we chose to refresh our brand, messaging, and website to better reflect the company we are today, as well as our extensive offer and in-house expertise.  

Previously our specialities were delivered under sub-brands including GEM Training, GEM Premium People, GEM Professional Services, and GEM Talent Search. Now, all our services will be delivered under the one brand of GEM Partnership. This approach better reflects our position as a holistic recruitment and training specialist.

For learners… Rated ‘good’ by Ofsted (2022), we offer a range of training programmes to help you pursue your passions, unlock your potential, and fulfil your career ambitions. This includes apprenticeships, commercial training programmes, and pre and post-employment courses, all of which are delivered by our team of experts. 

As part of our rebrand exercise, we undertook a communications audit with a random selection of our business contacts. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who participated in the audit. Your insight and time were invaluable in developing our brand and marketing strategy.
