Adult Skills Fund

The aim of ASF is to support adult learners gain skills which will lead them to sustainable employment or progress in further learning to develop work skills to enhance their career opportunities.

Skills Bootcamp

Skills bootcamps are free, flexible courses that last 2 weeks, giving people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and an interview with one of our clients on completion.

Our skills bootcamps in manufacturing automation offers the opportunity of a direct route to employment or an apprenticeship with our clients in the role of manufacturing operative.
