Celebration of Success – Glanbia
Everyone at GEM Partnership loves to celebrate the success achieved by our learners, given the hard work and commitment it takes to complete an apprenticeship.
We would like to congratulate Chris Richardson (Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor) for completing his apprenticeship!
We spoke to Chris about his apprenticeship experience;
I have learnt techniques and tools in line with management to use within my team and use for training other team members within the factory. Although learning to manage my time whilst learning and working was sometimes difficult, I felt like being in the role was beneficial as I was able to implement practices I’d learnt such as the training project.
If I was to advise anyone about to undertake an apprenticeship it would be to be fully committed to the learning and have a sense of fun to gain enjoyment from it.
Chris’s trainer Kayleigh Johnson adds further;
Chris has shown exceptional dedication and effort throughout the Level 3 Team Leading/Supervisor apprenticeship. His commitment to learning and growth has paid off, resulting in a well-deserved distinction.
