GEM Partnership Spotlight – July 2024
We took a break last month but are back for July with our Spotlight series.
This month we’re highlighting another member of the GEM team, Kelly Lee, Operations Manager within GEM Partnership and leads our Training team.
Kelly was nominated for this months spotlight by her colleague Kayleigh who said:
Kelly is nothing short of outstanding as our manager. Personally Kelly has shown me so much guidance, support and encouragement over the years I’ve worked for Gem Partnership not only professionally but personally too.
Over the past month I’ve dealt with an injury and Kelly has provided so much support on ensuring I am still able to provide a good service to my learners/clients and quality standards without impacting at all on my health. This support has not gone unrecognised and I am truly grateful for how she has helped and empowered me in my role.
Kelly is an inspirational leader and I thoroughly love working with her and our #dreamteam.

Kelly is an excellent team member who has been instrumental in driving not only the training department but the business as a whole forward. She is an outstanding colleague to work with and this sentiment is echoed throughout her team and the wider business.
