Darren has been awarded Employee of the Month due to continually displaying excellent work characteristics. He is well liked and appreciated by other team members.
Only recently a labelling concern was highlighted at 14:45 regarding a despatch planned in for 5pm. Without hesitation Darren stayed behind to ensure the labelling was corrected, saving the company a missed despatch and a special delivery being arranged.
