Gestamp Employee of the Month – February
Congratulations to Kayleb Robinson and David Wilkinson who have been awarded Gestamp Employee of the Month for February.
Kayleb was awarded Employee of the Month in recognition of on going excellence in performance, constantly impressing with his performance, his ability to quickly pick up roles and his eagerness to learn. Kaleb has also recently been offered an apprenticeship with GEM which is largely down to his work ethic and attitude.
Also recognised for his ongoing excellence in performance, David has proven to always be eager to learn new skills and jobs. He is always looking to maximise production whilst maintaining a high standard of quality and safety. His work ethic is a great benchmark for fellow employees, old or new.
